Reid Schlegel is an expert illustrator and amateur stonemason who straddles the line between industrial design and architecture. In his industrial design career Reid worked for SMART design, frog, Aruliden, HUGE and now RS.D where he is the founder and design director. At RS.D he believes that every design must be planet as well as human centric and that all products must solve a problem no matter how small. Pulling from his deep consulting experience Reid teaches his design skills and methodologies as a professor at both Parsons and Kean Universities. Though NYC based, Reid can commonly be found in the Catskill Mountains building sustainable off grid cabins as cofounder of Landmarked and pursuing his passion for forest restoration and conservation.

Steven de Groot is an experienced product designer based in the Netherlands. He holds an education in UX Design, agile Scrum, industrial design, and product design. Combining design, engineering, and user experience. Throughout his career, he has worked in various countries like Japan and Italy to understand different design concepts and Ideas. After working in several design studio’s his focus currently is on project management, concept development, and engineering making significant contributions to the design and manufacturing field. Outside of work his focuses is on visual design through collaborating with companies like Cowboy, Boox and others.

In 2020, German designer Deniz Aktay established his own design studio, DEZIN, with a focus on exploring the unique properties of different shapes & materials. He placed a lot of attention on the aspects of creation, design and drafting during his studies in architecture and urban planning at the University of Stuttgart. Throughout his professional career as an architect, he incorporated these elements into his creative work. For Deniz, good design means finding the ideal balance between proportions, materials and functionality. He achieves this by considering and combining creativity, simplicity, the proper arrangement of features and details, and the materials used. “Designing a new product while considering all these factors is always an exciting challenge,” according to Aktay.

Named to Esquire Magazine's "Top 25 Best Dressed Real Men" list and Southern Living's “75 Most Stylish Southerners” has nothing to do with his product design abilities, but it says something about his sense of style. Carter McGuyer holds 57 patents and has successfully launched more than 750+ products, equating to over 1 billion in sales for his clients. He has become a featured designer for Crate & Barrel and was a design consultant for the Frank Lloyd Wright Foundation.

Mariana Prestes is an international product designer and artist based in Porto Alegre, Brazil. She holds a Master in Product and Furniture Design from Istituto Marangoni Milano Design in Italy. In 2024 she was chosen as one of the 40 artists in the world, and represented Brazil, at Milan Design Week 2024 in the project with Technogym "Design to Move", alongside important names of design, art and architecture. Mariana has experience working as an account executive for major advertising agencies in the South of Brazil and has nine years experience as a surface designer launching your authorial collections. Director of Studio Prestes in the area of ​​Art & Design, Mariana is also Director of International Projects at ADP Brazil - Association of Product Designers. She also taught artistic techniques in multiple workshops and from November 2024 she will teach at PUCRS University. Mariana's work has been exhibited first in Brazilian fairs from 2016 and globaly, in Milan Design Week and Dubai Design Week from 2021. She also is a speaker and covers exhibitions in the area of ​​design and communication around the world and jury of Bornancini Design Award in Brazil for the second year. For 2025, Mariana will be launching your new collection of furniture, rugs, cementitious coating and lightning with Brazilian industries.

Samuel Lamas is a Brazilian architect and designer from Brasília, known for his innovative approach to architecture and furniture design. After starting his studies at the University of Brasília (UnB), he moved to Rome in 2002, where he graduated from Roma Tre University and gained experience working with renowned architect Massimiliano Fuksas. Upon his return to Brazil in 2006, he collaborated with his father, civil engineer Ruy Lamas, refining his vision of functionality and economy in both architecture and product design. Lamas’ work is deeply rooted in the essence of modernism, influenced by the simplicity, spatial freedom, and playful spirit of Brasília. His design philosophy merges sustainability with contemporary aesthetics, focusing on pure geometry to create functional and elegant spaces and products. Matt Bowman is a product designer based in Sheffield, UK. He has been working as a product designer since qualifying in 2012 with a first-class honours degree from the University of Salford. After spending several years working as a member of in-house design teams he now works as a freelance product designer while also running his own design consultancy, JAM product design. Since working for himself, he has worked on a broad range of product types, from market-leading innovations in e-bike technology to high-end luxury goods. His experience includes taking products from an initial sketch through the entire design process and into manufacturing. He also maintains a social media presence to help showcase and spread awareness of industrial design through sketching.

Hadiye Özdemir is an industrial designer, game designer and lecturer. As a multidisciplinary designer, Hadiye has carried out projects on furniture and interiors at various scales and contexts with the companies that she works for; she works internationally on the design of furniture, retail environments, lighting and home products for small independent companies, as well as leading manufacturers. She has received awards for product design. She has designed layouts for art exhibitions, corporate identity projects, and products for a number of companies, to design products and bespoke interior elements for high-profile international projects that include Samsung, Huawei, Rapsel Furniture, National Museum. In addition to being a speaker on 3D Technologies, Space and User Experience, she also teaches courses at universities as a lecturer. Hadiye Özdemir currently continues her work by blending new generation technologies, digitalization and design under the roof of Nuva Studio, which she founded.

Bulhwi Han is a car designer who comes from Korea and works in Shanghai. I am a senior design manager at Jetour, the SUV brand of the Chery group. Before working at this company, I worked for so many OEMs and worked at an international design agency (Icona). My representative work is the Tank 300 of GWM (Great Wall Motors). I specialize in sketching. I was a tutor for the current Hyundai and Kia junior designers and some university students. These days, I have made a good reputation with AI design on my Instagram (Midjourney, Vizcom, Optic). My AI design works are published on design websites.

Mariia Pokataeva is an Industrial Designer based in Milan with 6+ years of experience and education from Politecnico di Milano, Istituto Europeo di Design and Ural State University of Architecture and Arts. For the last 4 years she was working as an in-house designer and created 250+ products for children playgrounds and urban furniture. She is focused on design for sustainability, and in her previous experience she was involved as Art Director and Product Designer for environmental volunteering. As well as that, she was participating in Design Research in Arctic Design School, investigating DIY transport for remote northern territories.

Alessio is a dedicated product designer with a strong passion for creativity and design. His journey began in a small mountainous country where his fascination with creating small objects and exploring his environment took root, shaping his imaginative approach to design. After high school, Alessio pursued his love for art, enrolling in an art school where he discovered his true passion for product design. This led him to further his education at NABA Milano, where he mastered the fundamentals and honed his design skills. Currently, Alessio works as a freelancer and collaborates with the renowned Matteo Thun studio, overseeing product development for international brands such as Zwilling, Desirée, and Jaquar Bathroom, among others. His work is recognized through prestigious awards, including the NABA Design Award 2020 for Product Design, the Royal Enfield "Style Your Own" Competition in 2021, the Diploma Selection at Designblok Prague in 2021, and the Ideas 4 Wood competition by Tabu in 2024.
